About illusions.im
A optical illusions hub from REALLYBYTE, based in the Isle of Man.
illusions.im is an optical illusions hub from REALLYBYTE, based in the Isle of Man. It is for curious people of all ages, families and classrooms. Each kind of illusion will get its own little site, built by hand and fact-checked against expert sources such as Michael Bach’s Optical Illusions & Visual Phenomena, Encyclopaedia Britannica and the Exploratorium in San Francisco.
Our own drawings. Many classic illusion images are the work of named artists and scientists. We draw our own versions and credit the people behind each idea.
Not official. illusions.im is independent. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Michael Bach, Britannica, the Exploratorium or any other organisation it mentions.
Some illusions work better on some screens and for some people than others. If one doesn’t work for you, you’re not doing it wrong.
